For any questions related to a specific account, we will need to verify the Client ID and your Account ID. This information is located at the bottom of the email notification you received from Docutrax. Upon authentication, you will be able to upload, download, update information in the system and ask account-specific and compliance-related questions. Questions of a general nature do not require identity verification.

  •  How do I upload documents into Docutrax?Click the blue link at the bottom of the email you received that says “Submit a New Certificate of Insurance.” You will be taken to the Upload portal where you can upload both COIs and other documents.close
  •  Did you receive my uploaded documents? Upon submission, the system will display an on-screen acknowledgement of receipt. This acknowledgement will also allow you to return to the Upload page to submit more documents.close
  •  Are my uploaded documents acceptable?The Docutrax team will promptly evaluate all submissions. If there are any issues you will receive an email indicating what outstanding items remain unresolved.close
  •  I need to upload now. AUTHENTICATION REQUIRED
    Before you can submit documents we need to verify your identity. Please locate the ClientID and the AccountID numbers found at the bottom of the email notification you received from Docutrax, then click the Authenticate link above to log in with these two numbers and gain access to upload documents. Once redirected select the grey bar titled "Upload Required Documentation" close
  •  I am having difficulty uploading documents.Please send an email with your submission attached to [email protected]. Be sure to include the ClientID and AccountID located at the bottom of the email notification your received.close
  •  When uploading I get an error message.First, try clearing your browser cookies. If that does not resolve the issue, please send an email with your submission attached to [email protected].   •  My file is too big to upload. You can submit your file via email to [email protected] or for construction inquiries please submit to [email protected]. Be sure to include the ClientID and AccountID located at the bottom of the email notification your received.close
  •  I submitted the document(s) but still receive email. Email notifications are sent to report any non-compliance issues and to replace documentation that is expiring. Deficiencies will be indicated in red in the body of the email.close
