For any questions related to a specific account, we will need to verify the Client ID and your Account ID. This information is located at the bottom of the email notification you received from Docutrax. Upon authentication, you will be able to upload, download, update information in the system and ask account-specific and compliance-related questions. Questions of a general nature do not require identity verification.

  •  I am unable to log in. Unless you or your administrator have changed your login credentials, typically your username would be your business email address and your password would be your business email address up to, but not including, the @ sign. Be sure to check the box below the password field and wait for the spinner to stop.close
  •  How do I obtain login credentials?Login credentials are only issued to the registered Clients of the Docutrax service. If you received an email notification requesting documents to be submitted, click on the upload link near the bottom of the email to submit your documentation.close
