The Coaction Metro Builders policy is suitable for commercial contractors focused on ground-up and remodel work for commercial entities. Commercial work includes the building and remodeling of retail/wholesale buildings, apartment buildings, condo buildings, etc. as long as the work is contracted with the commercial building owner, association, etc. and not the individual unit owner which would be considered residential work.
